Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and DKJB ("DKJB", "we", "us") covering your use of dkjb.app and its related tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use DKJB

You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the minimum age to play daily fantasy sports where you live is higher (for example 21 in some states), and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for making sure that using DKJB and playing daily fantasy sports is legal where you are.

2. What DKJB is, and what it isn't

DKJB is a research and lineup-building tool for daily fantasy sports. It provides projections, statistics, news and an optimizer. DKJB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, any sports league, team or player. We do not take entries, hold funds or pay prizes for any fantasy contest. You enter contests directly with DraftKings under DraftKings' own terms, and you alone decide which lineups to enter and how much to play.

Projections, simulations, ownership estimates, odds and news are estimates and third-party information. They can be wrong, late or incomplete. Nothing on DKJB is a guarantee of results or financial advice, and you may lose money playing daily fantasy sports. Play responsibly. 3. Your account

Keep your password secure and your email address current. You're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; don't share, sell or transfer accounts. Tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.

4. DKJB Pro subscriptions

  • Plans and price. DKJB Pro is offered monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe, plus any applicable tax.
  • Free trial. First-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial (one per person). Your payment method is collected at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged the plan price.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and the then-current price is charged to your payment method, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance by email before any price change takes effect for you.
  • How to cancel. Cancel anytime in Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing, or email [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; DKJB never sees or stores your full card number. If a renewal payment fails, we may pause Pro until it's resolved.
  • We may change features or plans. If a change materially reduces what you've already paid for, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund for the unused time.

5. DKJB Markets (play money)

DKJB Markets uses play coins only. Coins have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and no prizes are awarded. Trading fees, balances and leaderboards on DKJB Markets are part of the game and are not real money. We may reset, adjust or remove coins, markets or results (for example to fix errors or abuse) at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don't: break the law or DraftKings' rules using DKJB; scrape, copy, resell or redistribute DKJB's projections, data or software; access the Service with bots or automated tools except features we provide (such as the DKJB Uploader); probe, overload or attack the Service; use multiple accounts to get extra trials, coins or bonuses; or harass other users. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Content and intellectual property

DKJB, its software, projections, design and logos belong to DKJB. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own fantasy play while your account is in good standing. News headlines link to their publishers, and team and league names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Files you upload stay yours; you give us permission to process them to run the Service for you.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using DKJB at any time; email us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. If we end a paid subscription without cause, we'll refund the unused time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, DKJB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available for any particular contest or slate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DKJB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, contest entry fees or winnings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid DKJB in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and DKJB consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't, you can cancel.
