Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want DKJB Pro to be worth it. Here's exactly how trials, cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial

First-time subscribers get 7 days of DKJB Pro free. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends: just open Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing and cancel. One free trial per person.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Plan & billing (it takes a few clicks, no need to contact us), or email [email protected] and we'll cancel it for you.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account switches to the free plan. Your saved settings stay.

Refunds

No refunds for partial periods. Because the free trial lets you try Pro first, payments for a month or year that has started aren't refunded when you cancel partway through.
Forgot to cancel a renewal? If you didn't use Pro after an automatic renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we'll refund that renewal in full.
Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, or any other billing error are always refunded in full.
Service problems. If DKJB Pro is unavailable for an extended period because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll credit or refund the affected time.
Where the law where you live gives you additional refund or cancellation rights, those rights apply.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

DKJB Markets

DKJB Markets uses play coins that can't be bought or cashed out, so there's nothing to refund. Trading fees are charged in play coins only.
